One notable feature was the availability of timely tutor feedback. Whenever we have essay writing practice in class, Mr. Simon will encourage us to write under examination conditions to improve our speed and accuracy in answering questions. Afterwards, Mr. Simon will provide feedback and suggestions on our work and show us how to improve the answers. This process of learning helps me in becoming more proficient in writing.

What were the study-related challenges that you encountered during your A Level studies? How did Economics Focus aid you in overcoming these challenges?

I used to only rely on reading and making my own notes but it did not prove to be effective during exams. I feel that Mr. Simon’s approach to teaching Economics helped me to be able to answer questions with a broader perspective and improve my understanding of the subject.

How has Simon inspired you?

Mr Simon has guided me to become more aware of real life issues that I may encounter in the future, such as job-related challenges and the growing cost of living.Simon has guided me to become more aware of real life issues that I may encounter in the future, such as job-related challenges and the growing cost of living. In addition, Simon has inspired me to study harder as the education qualification is important in expanding job prospects in the future.
